Location
Awesome Location and Amazing living. You don’t need to commute to campus to get a nice place to live. The Savvy Six is incredibly nice, and it is very close to campus. With all of the modern luxuries you could want, and a 5 minute walk to campus, you can get the best of everything! The view from the kitchen and deck and bedrooms 1 & 2 is amazing as well!
Fully Furnished
Fully Furnished with Beds, Couches, Wall Mounted TV’s, Washer & Dryer, Chairs, Bar Stools, etc. All major appliances are included, Refrigerator/Freezer, Oven & Glass top Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. etc. Basically bring your clothes, bedding and cookware. Everything else is here!
High Speed Internet
High Speed Wireless Internet is provided for the whole complex. If you have a need for a dedicated direct line, you also have access to be able to order your own direct service.
Smart Home Technology
Doorbell Cameras to see who is at your door before you answer it. Lock or unlock the doors or open the garage with your phone, etc. We have it all.

Do you have an electric vehicle? And probably not many options on where to charge it in Logan right? Come and live in The Savvy Six. You can pull into your garage and there is a 50 amp NEMA outlet for your stage 2 EV charger in there waiting for you.
Digital Contracts
You can apply, select the unit you want to live in, select the room you want to rent, sign your lease agreement, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, message the landlord, etc all from one app on your phone.
4 Car Garage Parking
Each of the six units at The Savvy Six are rented to 4 students, and each of the units has an insulated 4 car garage. So not only will your car be safe and protected, but you wont have to scrape away any snow off of your car or windshield during the cold USU winters!
