Bedrooms 3 & 4 are the same square footage and they still have the large windows. They just don’t have the valley view.

Main Floor Layout

The Main Floor was intentionally designed with 5 key elements

The kitchen has granite countertops, high end cabinets, a large Island, and all of the needed appliances. Full size fridge, range/oven, dishwasher and microwave. It even has a walk in pantry!

The Living/Entertainment Area has a wall mounted TV with sound bar, couch, and open floor plan with the kitchen to entertain and snack.

The half bath for guests is so nice and stays clean.

The view from the balcony is amazing!

The coat closet, game/miscellaneous, closet, walk in pantry, and the 2 supplemental balcony storage rooms gives the most storage for any student housing.

I never wanted to either, thats why every tenant has a garage parking stall at The Savvy Six. With the insulated garage, you won’t ever have to do that.

What if I have an Electric Vehicle? Where would I charge it in Logan? You have a stage 2 50 amp outlet waiting for your charger in your insulated garage.

What if I have a bike that I want out of the weather, but not in my bedroom or in the way? Hang it up on the bike rack in your insulated garage.
